Valeri and his team were helpful in getting my LLC opened in Georgia. I only had a few days in Tbilisi and they helped me make the most of it.

UPDATE: I made it back to Georgia some time later, after the bank I had originally hoped to use refused to open a business account for me. Valeri and his team worked hard to get me a Bank of Georgia account using a power of attorney I left with them on my previous visit. This week I came and they again assisted as I officially opened my new account, picked up the online banking login and debit card, and wrapped up this part of the process!

في البداية كانت استشارة مجانية و بما انه الموضوع كان جديد لدي ف طلبت منه مقابلة مرة اخرى ل شرح العملية كيف بلا شك قام ب تحديد موعد اخر و شرح لي بالتفصيل
طريقة عمل الوكالات طريقة التصديق في المملكة وفي دولة جورجيا ايضا لديه حلول لكل مشكلة قد تواجهك من ناحية التصديقات
ايضا ترجمة المستندات وكيف تكون معتمدة
راح يعطيك جميع المستندات التي سوف يطلبونها مستقبلا ك شهادات الميلاد ، الهويات الوطنية ان لزم ، جوازات الورثة ، صك حصر الارث ، شهادة الوفاة
بالتأكيد سوف يقوم بترجمة المستدات لك حتى لو كانت عربية ف راح يرسلهم ل مترجم عربي ف تبليسي ويدفع التكاليف

المبلغ كان 1500 دولار ولكن ب عتقادي ان يستحق كان شامل بعض التصديقات من وزارة الخارجية الجورجية + ترجمة المستندات ل 5 اشخاص مثل الجوازات ، حصر الارث ، شهادة الوفاة ، شهادات الميلاد، عمل صيغة الوكالات ل عملها ف بلدك …. تسليم واستلام المستندات.
*بعض الاشياء لا تشمل المبلغ تم طلبها مستقبلا ف لم يتحملها ل عدم علمه بطلبها مستقبلا توصيل المستندات من دولتك الى جورجيا

كانت عملية طويلة جداا اخذت تقريبا ٣ شهور ولكن الان اعتقد تغير الوضع من ناحية التصديقات ل جميع المستندات لا تتردد ب التواصل مع Valeri وفريقه الي يعملوا معاه عنده خبرة ممتازة جدا يتكلم الانجليزية تمام ، اخلاق ، دائما مبتسم

المشاكل، التي قد تواجهك عند التواصل معاه في الواتس اب الويك اند ما يرد عليك + يتأخر ف الرد اعتقد بسبب عدد القضايا قد يتأخر لمدة يوم ولكن عندما يرد على استفسارك يشرح الموضوع بالتفصيل ، لا يتكلم العربية لغته الانجليزية ممتازة جدا

When searching for legal advice, the most difficult part is finding a legal firm that one can trust with the information one provides.
